Alyssa's Cookie Jar is now selling my own version of Conchas; a traditional Mexican sweet bread with a crunchy topping that resembles a seashell.
 
Alyssa's Conchas are very similar to the traditional dessert, but the texture of the bread is a little lighter, and these have a delicious chocolate topping, a little bit softer than the traditional crunchy texture. 
 
Conchas come in chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry! Specify which flavor you would like in the notes section of your order!
